I work as a UI/UX Designer, where I create designs based on data and requirements provided by the Product Manager. This includes research insights, wireframes, and continuous design modifications to meet different client needs.

Volunteer Management: Adding, removing, migrating volunteers, changing roles, assigning projects, and retaining volunteers
Volunteer Onboarding UI
Volunteer Profile Section (including eight tabs)

Pricing Module & management over the time period

Project Overview:

This project is a SaaS-based application designed for a Volunteer Management System (VMS). It provides a complete solution for managing the entire lifecycle of volunteers and volunteering projects.

Note: Later, I was also responsible for fully converting the VMS (Volunteer Management System) into a mobile-responsive version.

Design Process:

As a UI/UX Designer, I worked with two types of data shared with me: low-fidelity wireframes or low-fidelity flowcharts in Excel sheets.

If I received a low-fidelity wireframe, I directly started designing the high-fidelity version.
If it was a low-fidelity flowchart in Excel, I first created rough wireframes—either on paper or using digital tools—before moving forward to the high-fidelity design stage.

I also prepared A/B testing designs to evaluate and improve the user experience, which helped in making more informed design decisions for better usability.
